Appointments

A submitted request holds its selected time pending review. Your appointment is confirmed only after an admin accepts it and sends a confirmation email. The booking calendar displays your device's local timezone; business hours are managed in Europe/Berlin. Payment is made separately through bKash using the instructions in the Payment step. Submitting a transaction ID does not automatically verify a payment. Contact the consultancy with your reference to discuss changes or cancellation.

Guidance and independent decisions

German Vibes Consultancy provides guidance and preparation. Universities make admission decisions and responsible authorities make visa decisions. Neither outcome is guaranteed.

Service scope

Paid services, fees, cancellation and refund terms must be agreed separately in writing. General resources should be checked against current official requirements.

Business identity and complete commercial terms must be supplied before public launch.
